Google API Services User Data Policy

"The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."

Our browser extension adheres strictly to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy. We collect only the minimum data required to execute your trading strategies.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide our trading automation services:

  • Account Information: Your email address and authentication tokens via Google Firebase.
  • Trading Data: Signals received from TradingView (via Webhook or Browser Extension) including symbol, direction, and price levels.
  • Broker Connection Data: Encrypted access tokens required to connect to your cTrader account.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely for the purpose of executing the trades you configure:

  • To authenticate your identity and secure your account.
  • To transmit trading signals from your TradingView charts to your cTrader broker account.
  • To maintain a log of executed trades for your performance review.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

We only share data with trusted third parties necessary to operate our service:

  • Spotware (cTrader): To execute trades on your behalf.
  • Google Firebase: To securely host our database and authentication services.

We do not use your data for advertising, credit-worthiness assessment, or lending purposes.

4. Data Security

We rely on industry-standard security measures. Your cTrader access tokens are encrypted at rest. We utilize HTTPS encryption for all data transmission between our browser extension, our servers, and the cTrader API.

5. User Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may disconnect your cTrader account or delete your profile entirely via the Dashboard at any time. Upon deletion, all your stored tokens and trade logs are permanently removed from our systems.
